Instructions for participants presenting a poster.
Participants with a poster must submit a summary of minimum 150 words and maximum 200 words, following the instructions for submitting an abstract.
A0: 1.19 m height × 0.84 m width.
The poster should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat on the 24th of February, at the beginning of the Conference.
According to the guidelines of KEDEA, the materials permitted for mounting posters on the panels are limited to adhesive putty, such as Blue Tack or Patafix, or masking tape.
Please do not use: white or brown packaging tape, or double-sided tape, as these materials may damage the surfaces.
