Abstract Submission
  1. The deadline for submitting an abstract of 150 to 200 words is 12 October 2026.
  2. Submission of an abstract implies granting permission for reproduction of the text of the paper in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed/published by the organizers.
  3. IMPORTANT: Publication of Conference Proceedings in collaboration with MDPI NeuroSci
Following evaluation and approval by the Scientific Committee, and after completion of any corrections or adjustments that may be requested, all approved abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Within the framework of the official collaboration of the Panhellenic Federation of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders with selected MDPI scientific journals, part of the Conference Proceedings will be submitted for publication in the international scientific journal NeuroSci (MDPI, Impact Factor: 1.9, 5-Year Impact Factor: 2.4).

The distinction will be made during the abstract approval process by the Scientific Committee. For abstracts selected for publication, authors will be asked to resubmit the abstract in English, according to the journal’s relevant requirements. In the case of research papers or studies, results must be included.
  4. When submitting an abstract, please submit a short biography in English of 150 to 200 words, your photo, and consent to the participation terms. Completion of this process is required for successful abstract submission.
The abstract title should be as concise as possible.

Please avoid presentation titles written entirely in capital letters (ALL CAPS) or with the first letter of every word capitalized. Instead, use sentence case, where a capital letter is used only for the first letter of the title and for proper nouns.
