Useful information about presentation ppt submission, Zoom registration, recorded presentations, speaker CVs and technical support.
These instructions apply to speakers and chairpersons participating physically or online in the Conference.
Speakers participating online must send the ppt of their presentation by 17/2/2027 to presentations.alz@gmail.com.
A few days before the event, speakers and chairpersons will receive a Zoom message with the event link and a personal code linked to their email address.
Please log in to the Zoom platform at least 15 minutes before the beginning of your session.
Speakers or chairpersons who have questions or want to check their technical equipment can send an email to presentations.alz@gmail.com.
Speakers can send a video of their presentation to presentations.alz@gmail.com.
Speakers’ CVs will be uploaded to the Conference website under the “Speakers” tab on a rolling basis, as they are received.
