Registration fees & payment instructions

Before submitting your registration form, please read the key instructions regarding fees, payment and submission of the payment receipt.

  • Registration fees are exclusive of VAT.
  • If an invoice is requested, 24% VAT will be added.
  • All bank transfer charges are borne exclusively by the depositor.
  • Payment by bank transfer must be completed by 17 February 2027.
  • After completing the bank transfer, please send the payment receipt to info@alzheimer-hellas.gr.

  • For invoice issuance, the registration fee is subject to an additional 24% VAT.
  • Payment of the registration fee must be made by bank transfer until 17 February 2027 to the bank account below. After this date, payment will be made exclusively at the conference secretariat.
  • After completing the bank transfer, please send the payment receipt by email to info@alzheimer-hellas.gr.
  • Submission of your registration form is completed only after the payment receipt has been sent.

Terms of Participation

Registration to the conference is completed after submission of the required details and confirmation of payment by the conference secretariat. Participants are required to provide true and accurate information.

The certificate of attendance is issued only to participants with confirmed payment and after completion of the evaluation form, where applicable.

The organizing committee reserves the right to verify registration and payment details.

Personal Data

The personal data submitted through this form will be used exclusively for the needs of the conference organization, secretarial support, communication, payment confirmation and certificate issuance.
