Participating in the conference by submitting and presenting a paper implies the licensing of non-exclusive reproduction of the text in the proceedings of the conference, which will be distributed by the organizers. Also, each participant consents to the video recording of the conference and recording of the oral presentations, name, image and voice and uploading of audiovisual material on the conference website and in any other website hosting multimedia that the organizers might choose (for instance in YouTube).

The conference proceedings will include Αbstracts submitted within the given deadline (October 1, 2016)and approved, as well as papers 4 to 10 pages, which will be submitted until and 8 January 2017.

Those who will participate with a poster should submit a 300-word text, following the instructions for authors of abstracts. The poster should be printed according to the following dimensions: height → 90 cm, width → 54 cm, and submitted to the Conference Secretariat on the 2nd of February, on your arrival.
